Privacy Policy

This policy describes what ProofLane collects and why. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the service and bill you, and we don't sell your data.

1. What we collect

• Account data: email address and billing details you provide at signup (payment processing is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number).
• Service data: the configuration and metadata needed to operate the product (e.g., domains you monitor, API settings). Product payloads are processed to deliver the service and are not used for advertising.
• Operational logs: request metadata (timestamps, endpoints, error counts) for reliability and abuse prevention. We do not log secret values or message bodies.

2. How we use it

To provide, maintain, and support the service; to process payments; to detect abuse and keep the service reliable; and to communicate about your account. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with advertisers.

3. Subprocessors

Stripe (payments). Infrastructure providers used for hosting. An up-to-date subprocessor list is available on request.

4. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for billing and legal records. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by emailing don+soc2@lifeofmorr.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Security

We apply the controls described on our security page. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise.

7. Changes

We'll post material changes here and note the updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
